Thryptomene nitida is a species of flowering plant found only in a small area in the south-west of Western Australia. It is a spreading shrub with egg-shaped leaves and pale purple or pinkish flowers. It typically grows to a height of 30-80 cm and blooms from June to September. This plant was first described in 2014 and is classified as "Priority Three" by the Government of Western Australia, meaning it is poorly known and not under immediate threat. It can be found near creeks and drainage lines in the Avon Wheatbelt and Geraldton Sandplains regions. The specific epithet, "nitida", refers to the shiny surface of the plant's fruit.
