Plinia yasuniana is a type of plant found in the Myrtaceae family. It is only found in the Amazonian rainforest in Yasuni National Park in Ecuador. This shrub can grow up to 1-3 meters tall and produces small white flowers and edible yellow fruits between August and November. It was first discovered in 2009 and is named after the national park where it was found.
