Micromyrtus rubicalyx is a plant species belonging to the Myrtaceae family and is native to Western Australia. This shrub typically reaches a height of 1 to 1.5 metres and produces white flowers in September. It is commonly found on slopes in the Mid West region of Western Australia, specifically in the Chapman Valley area, where it thrives in clay to sandy loam soils over sandstone.
