Melaleuca glaberrima is a shrub in the myrtle family, Myrtaceae, that is native to the south-west region of Western Australia. It is a dense, spreading plant with needle-shaped leaves and produces profuse pink or mauve flowers. The shrub can grow up to 2.5 meters tall and its leaves are circular or slightly flattened, measuring 4-14mm long and 0.5-1.0mm wide. The flowers are arranged in spherical or elongated heads and bloom from July to December. The plant is found in heath and woodland habitats in the Coolgardie, Esperance Plains, and Mallee biogeographic regions. It is not considered threatened by the Western Australian government.
