Melaleuca eurystoma is a small shrub in the myrtle family, endemic to the south of Western Australia. It has pale lemon to greenish flowers and egg-shaped to almost oval leaves. The plant grows up to 1.5 meters tall and has mostly hairless branches, leaves, and flowers. Its flowers are arranged in heads or spikes and are followed by woody capsules. This plant was first described in 1999 and its name comes from the Greek words for "wide" and "mouth", referring to the wide opening of its fruit. It is found in the Avon Wheatbelt, Esperance Plains, and Mallee biogeographic regions, growing in gravelly sand and laterite. Melaleuca eurystoma is not considered a threatened species by the Government of Western Australia.
