Eucalyptus whitei, also known as White's ironbark, is a native tree species found in Queensland. It can grow up to 15 meters tall and has dark grey to black ironbark. The leaves are dull grey-green in color and have a lanceolate shape. The tree blooms between January and February and May to June, producing white flowers. Its fruits are cup to barrel-shaped and contain dark brown to black seeds. This species was first described in 1925 and is closely related to E. staigeriana and E. melanophloia. It is found in scattered locations in central and northern Queensland, including the Newcastle Range and Windsor Tableland. The specific epithet, whitei, honors a notable Queensland botanist.
