Eucalyptus tenuis is a slender mallet tree that is native to the southwest region of Western Australia. It has smooth bark, lance-shaped leaves, and creamy white flowers that bloom in March. The tree can grow up to 10 meters tall and does not form a lignotuber. It is found in red sandy-loam-clay soils and is not considered a threatened species by the Western Australian Government. The name "tenuis" refers to its thin and slender stems. This species was first described in 1993 by Ian Brooker and Stephen Hopper.
