Eucalyptus obconica is a small tree or mallee that is native to the Kimberley region of Western Australia. It has rough, fibrous or flaky bark and lance-shaped to curved leaves. The flower buds grow in groups of seven and produce white flowers. The fruit is a woody, conical capsule. This species was first described in 1994 and its name refers to the shape of its fruit. It is found in scattered locations in the central and eastern Kimberley region, often in rocky areas. It is not considered a threatened species by the Government of Western Australia.
