Eucalyptus nebulosa, also known as the serpentine peppermint, is a small tree species that is native to the northwest region of Tasmania. It has smooth, creamy white bark, narrow elliptic leaves, and pale creamy white flowers. The tree typically grows to a height of 3.5-5 meters and has unique bluish grey leaves. It produces flower buds in groups of seven to eleven and its fruit is a woody capsule. This species was first described in 2008 and its name, nebulosa, refers to the misty or cloudy appearance of its leaves. The serpentine peppermint is found in the Wilson and Huskisson Rivers area, where it is the dominant tree species on serpentinite.
