Eucalyptus koolpinensis, also known as Koolpin box, is a straggly tree species endemic to the Northern Territory. It has rough, fibrous bark and round adult leaves, with flower buds in groups of seven and creamy white flowers. The tree typically grows to 5 meters in height, but can reach up to 12 meters. It is found near sandstone outcrops and on the edge of plains in two locations between the South Alligator River and Koolpin Gorge. The species was first described in 1978 and its name is derived from the location where the type specimen was found.
