Eucalyptus farinosa is a small tree species that is native to Queensland. It is characterized by its hard, dark grey ironbark, egg-shaped to lance-shaped leaves, and white flowers. The tree typically grows to a height of 8-9 meters and has a lignotuber. Its bark is dark grey to black and its leaves are a dull green color. The flower buds are arranged in groups of seven and the fruit is woody and cup-shaped. This species was first described in 1997 and its name comes from the Latin word for "floury" or "mealy", referring to the coating on its leaves, buds, and fruit. Eucalyptus farinosa is only found in one location near the Campaspe River and Mount Stewart in Queensland. It is currently classified as "least concern" under the Queensland Government Nature Conservation Act 1992.
