Eucalyptus creta, also known as the large-fruited gimlet, is a mallet or tree species found only in Western Australia. It has smooth, shiny bark, lance-shaped leaves, and large white to creamy yellow flowers. The fruit is hemispherical to bell-shaped. This species typically grows to a height of 3-15 meters and is commonly found in the Esperance Plains and Mallee biogeographic regions. It is classified as "Priority Three" by the Government of Western Australia, indicating that it is not under immediate threat but is poorly known and found in limited locations. Eucalyptus creta was first described in 1991 and its specific epithet, "creta", refers to its buds, flowers, and fruit.
