Eucalyptus assimilans is a tree native to Western Australia, known for its smooth white or greyish bark that sheds in long ribbons. It can reach a height of 15 meters and has lance-shaped leaves, buds in groups of seven, and conical fruit. This species was first described in 2001 and its name refers to its similarity to another eucalyptus species. It is found in woodland areas in the Balladonia region and is not considered threatened by the Western Australian government.
