Eucalyptus annulata, also known as the open-fruited mallee or prickly-fruited mallee, is a native mallee tree found in Western Australia. It can grow up to 8 meters in height and has a smooth bark and glossy green leaves. It was first described by botanist George Bentham in 1867 and is part of the Eucalyptus subgenus Symphyomyrtus section Bisectae sub-section Glandulosae. It is commonly found in the Great Southern and Wheatbelt region of Western Australia and is often grown in gardens as a shade tree or windbreak.
