Baeckea leptocaulis is a species of flowering shrub in the Myrtaceae family, endemic to Tasmania. It grows to a height of 0.3–1 m, with grey or brown branchlets and linear leaves. The flowers are small and white, with five or six stamens, and bloom between December and March. It is found in wet heathland and sedgeland in western and central Tasmania.
