Lijndenia barteri, also known as Spathandra barteri, Memecylon dinklagei, Memecylon pynaertii, and Memecylon barteri, is a shrub found in the Melastomataceae family. It is only found in the lowland Upper Guinean forests of West Africa and is at risk due to habitat destruction.
