Androcalva rossii, also known as native hemp, is a plant species found in south-eastern Australia. It is a spindly shrub or small tree with egg-shaped leaves covered in star-shaped hairs. The plant produces groups of white or cream-colored flowers from August to January. It was first described in 2005 and later transferred to the Androcalva genus in 2011. The specific name, rossii, is in honor of Dr. Jim Ross, a botanist from the National Herbarium of Victoria. This plant is found in forests and rainforest margins from Sydney to eastern Victoria.
