Androcalva procumbens is a prostrate shrub with slender, trailing stems and egg-shaped to lance-shaped leaves covered in star-shaped hairs. It produces clusters of white, pink, and yellow flowers from August to December. This species is endemic to central New South Wales and mainly grows in sandy soil in the Dubbo, Mendooran, and Gilgandra districts. It is listed as "vulnerable" under the Australian Government Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999. It was first described in 1898 and was later assigned to the new genus Androcalva in 2011. Its specific epithet, procumbens, means "procumbent".
