Salix crenata is a cushion-shaped shrub from the genus of willow (Salix) native to China. It has small, ovate leaves and forms small catkins as inflorescences. It grows in thickets and crevices at high altitudes. The plant was first described in 1998 and is classified in the section Lindleyanae. Its specific epithet, crenata, means "notched" in Latin.
