Jatropha macrantha, commonly known as huanarpo macho, is a medium-sized shrubby tree species native to Peru. It is widely used in Peru as an aphrodisiac, to treat impotence, increase libido, and to treat kidney and liver problems. It is as popular in Peru as Muira Puama is in Brazil.
