Euphorbia missurica, commonly known as prairie sandmat or Missouri spurge, is a species of flowering plant in the spurge family native to North America. It grows in dry, sunny, sparsely vegetated habitats such as rocky or sandy soils in dry prairies, waste places, roadsides, and sandy shorelines. It is found primarily in the Great Plains region of the US, in states such as Arkansas, Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming. In Minnesota, it is listed as a special concern species. It flowers in late spring and early summer, with small flowers in cyathia clustered into terminal cymes and petal-like appendages.
