Colliguaja odorifera is a species of shrub in the family Euphorbiaceae. It is native to portions of South America, specifically in the Chilean matorral, where it can be found on both south and north-facing slopes. The shrub is able to adapt to different levels of air and soil moisture as well as sunlight exposure on these slopes. It is most commonly found in central Chile in the La Campana National Park and Cerro La Campana areas, where it grows alongside the endangered Chilean Wine Palm. This species is known for its lignotuber, a specialized underground storage organ that helps it survive in harsh environmental conditions.
