Neostenanthera neurosericea is a flowering plant found in southwestern Cameroon and Gabon. It is a shrub or tree that can reach up to 10 meters in height and has showy flowers and fruits. Despite its beauty, it is a rare species with only 14 known specimens collected from eight locations. Its pollen is unique in that it is shed as permanent tetrads. This plant is at risk due to habitat loss from deforestation for agriculture.
