Wurmbea pygmaea, also known as One-flower Nancy, is a perennial herb belonging to the Colchicaceae family. It is native to Australia and can grow up to 4-17 cm in height. The plant produces a single white flower during spring and is commonly found in marshy areas in New South Wales, South Australia, Victoria, and Tasmania.
