Drymophila moorei, also known as the orange berry, is a herb that is native to the eastern coast of Australia, specifically from the Manning River in northern New South Wales to Queensland. It is typically found in rainforests at high altitudes and is easily identifiable when it is in fruit. This plant belongs to the genus Drymophila, which has been classified in various plant families including Alstroemeriaceae, Luzuriagaceae, Convallariaceae, and Liliaceae. The orange berry plant has small glossy leaves and a single unbranched stem that can reach up to 30 cm in height. It contains a small number of seeds and can be found at Mount Banda Banda in Australia.
