Eremophila pallida is a small, spreading shrub that is native to Western Australia. It belongs to the figwort family and is characterized by its hairy stems, serrated leaves, and reddish purple to violet flowers. The plant grows up to 40 cm in height and its branches are covered in glandular and simple hairs. Its flowers, which bloom from May to August, are solitary and have 5 reddish-purple sepals and 4 stamens enclosed in a petal tube. The plant is found in the Central Ranges and Gibson Desert regions, growing in red lateritic soils. It is considered a "Priority Two" species by the Western Australian Government due to its limited distribution and lack of information about its population. Eremophila pallida was first described in 2007 by Robert Chinnock, with its specific epithet "pallida" referring to the pale color of its young branches.
