Buddleja pulchella is a species of shrub or tree that is native to South Africa, Zimbabwe, Kenya, and Tanzania. It can be found in open mountain forests at elevations of 1,200 to 2,000 meters. The plant was first identified and described by N. E. Brown in 1894. It is a sprawling shrub or small tree that can reach up to 10 meters in height and twice as wide. The leaves are arranged opposite or sub-opposite and have petioles that are 5-10 mm long. The flowers are white or pale cream with orange throats and have a sweet scent. They are borne in loose clusters at the ends of branches. Although it was introduced to the UK in 1894, it is not commonly found in cultivation. The plant is hardy in USDA zones 8-9.
