Utricularia geoffrayi is a small, terrestrial carnivorous plant native to Indochina. It was first described by François Pellegrin in 1920 and is found in Cambodia, Thailand, and Vietnam. It grows among short grasses in or around rice fields at altitudes from sea level to 1,300 m (4,265 ft). It flowers between September and December. Utricularia ramosissima from Ubon Ratchathani Province in northeastern Thailand was initially described as a separate species, but is now regarded as a synonym of U. geoffrayi.
