Salvia cuatrecasana is a perennial shrub found in Colombia at high elevations. It grows to about 1 to 1.5 meters tall and has narrow leaves with distinct veins. The plant can be easily identified by its short, dense racemes of purple flowers and dark purple calyx with prominent veins. It is typically found on roadsides, streamsides, and disturbed areas.
