Prostanthera wilkieana is a flowering plant native to the arid regions of Australia. It is a shrub with densely-branched, silvery-grey leaves and mauve to pale violet or white flowers with deep purple streaks and yellowish brown dots. It grows up to 1.2 meters tall and blooms from July to November. The plant was first described in 1874 and is named after David Elliot Wilkie, a senator in the government of Victoria. It is found in central Western Australia, the far south-west of the Northern Territory, and the north-west of South Australia, typically in spinifex sandplain communities. While it is considered "near threatened" in the Northern Territory, it is not listed as threatened in Western Australia.
