Prostanthera tallowa is a species of flowering plant in the Lamiaceae family that is found only in the Kangaroo Valley area of New South Wales. It is a fragrant shrub with narrow leaves and mauve to light purple flowers with darker dots inside the petal tube. The plant can grow up to 2 meters tall and has glabrous branches. It was first described in 2012 and is mainly found in open Eucalyptus forests on rocky soils. Its name, tallowa, is derived from the location where it was first discovered near Tallowa Dam. Flowering occurs from December to February.
