Pityrodia loricata is a flowering plant that belongs to the mint family and is native to Australia. It is a compact shrub with silvery scales covering its branches and leaves. The flowers are pale pinkish-white and grow in groups of up to three. This plant is commonly found in Western Australia and the Northern Territory, with only one recorded sighting in South Australia. It grows in sandy areas and is not considered to be threatened. The species was first described in 1876 and given its current name in 1904.
