Primulina hiepii is a perennial herb in the Gesneriaceae family, native to Vietnam. It is named after the Vietnamese botanist Tiên Hiêp Nguyên and was previously classified under the genus Chirita. The plant has lanceolate leaves and produces up to 14 purple flowers on inflorescences that can grow up to 36 cm long. It is only found in the islands of Hạ Long Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Vietnam, where it grows in shaded cracks on limestone rocks near sea level.
