Geranium californicum, also known as California cranesbill, is a perennial herb found exclusively in California. It grows up to half a meter tall and has thin, hairy stems with palmate leaves divided into smaller segments. The flowers, which can be white, pale pink, or lavender, have five pointed sepals and five rounded to oval-shaped petals. This species is commonly found in the Sierra Nevada and coastal ranges in the southern part of the state.
