Quercus argyrotricha is a unique tree species that belongs to the beech family and is native to southern China's Guizhou Province. It falls under the subgenus Cerris and section Cyclobalanopsis. This tree is characterized by its yellow twigs and leaves, which can grow up to 12 cm in length. Due to its rarity, it has only been found in this specific region of China.
