Allocasuarina drummondiana is a shrub native to the Wheatbelt region of Western Australia. It is a dioecious shrub that can grow up to 3 meters tall and produces red-brown flowers from July to September. It is typically found in sandy or gravelly lateritic soils. This species was first described in 1848 by botanist Friedrich Anton Wilhelm Miquel and was later reclassified into the Allocasuarina genus by Lawrence Alexander Sidney Johnson in 1982. This reclassification was published in the Journal of the Adelaide Botanic Gardens as part of a revision of sheoaks.
