Stylobasium spathulatum, also known as "pebble bush," is a type of drought-resistant shrub in the Surianaceae family. It was originally identified by René Louiche Desfontaines in 1819 and is found exclusively in the Northern Territory, Queensland, and Western Australia. The species name, spathulatum, comes from the Latin word for "spoon-shaped," which describes the shape of its leaves. The Walmajarri people refer to this plant as Kuparta.
