Trigonella caerulea, also known as blue fenugreek, blue melilot, or utskho suneli, is an annual herb in the Fabaceae family. It is 30–60 cm tall and has obovate or lance-shaped leaves. It has a compact, globular raceme of flowers with a blue corolla and small, elongated seeds. It is widely used in Georgian cuisine, as well as traditional medicine and for flavouring schabziger cheese in Switzerland.
