Pultenaea whiteana is a flowering plant that belongs to the Fabaceae family and is found only in a small area of south-eastern Queensland. It is a shrub with linear leaves and yellow to orange flowers. The plant grows up to 1 meter in height and has sparsely hairy foliage. Its flowers are clustered and have leaf-like bracts and three-lobed bracteoles. The petals are yellow to orange in color and the fruit is a small pod. This species was first described in 1951 by Stanley Thatcher Blake and is named after Cyril Tenison White. It is found in heath, forest understorey, and on cliffs at high altitudes on Mount Barney and Mount Maroon.
