Pultenaea cinerascens is a species of flowering plant in the Fabaceae family that is found only in central New South Wales. It is a shrub with narrow leaves and yellow and red flowers. The plant was first described in 1905 and its name means "becoming ash-grey". It can be found in forest areas on sandstone between Coolatai and Parkes.
