Psorothamnus polydenius is a species of flowering plant in the legume family native to the deserts of the southwestern United States. It is a shrub that can grow up to one meter in height and has highly branching stems. Its leaves are made up of a few pairs of oval or rounded leaflets and its inflorescence is a dense raceme or spikelike cluster of several flowers with pinkish purple pealike corollas. The fruit is a small legume pod containing one seed. There is one variety of this species, Psorothamnus polydenius var. jonesii, which is endemic to Utah.
