Daviesia obovata, also known as paddle-leaf daviesia, is a flowering plant endemic to the south-west of Western Australia. It is an erect shrub with egg-shaped phyllodes and yellow flowers with pale green markings. This species is listed as endangered under Australian and Western Australian government acts due to threats such as dieback caused by Phytophthora cinnamomi. It grows in heath areas with Eucalyptus marginata and is found in the eastern Stirling Range and Barren Range. It was first described in 1853 and its specific epithet, obovata, means "inverted egg-shaped".
