Colvillea is a genus of legume in the family Fabaceae, named for Sir Charles Colville, an ex Governor of Mauritius. It contains one species, Colvillea racemosa, commonly known as Colville's glory. This tree is native to Madagascar and is widely grown as an ornamental in Australia and North America. It is easily identified by its bright orange flowers that grow in large cone or cylinder shaped clusters, and its long, flat, woody seed pods. It is listed as "Least Concern" on the IUCN red list.
