Astragalus leucolobus, also known as Bear Valley milkvetch or Bear Valley woollypod, is a small perennial herb found in the mountain ranges of southern California. It can be found in scattered areas in the San Gabriel, San Bernardino, and San Jacinto Mountains and is typically found in mountain forests and woodlands. The plant has spreading stems and woolly leaves, with oval-shaped and pointed leaflets. Its inflorescence consists of 5 to 13 pinkish purple flowers, each measuring between one and two centimeters. The fruit of this plant is a white, densely woolly legume pod with a bent tip.
