Acacia juncifolia, commonly known as rush-leaf wattle, is a shrub or tree endemic to north eastern Australia. It typically grows to a height of 3 metres (9.8 ft) and has slender glabrous, reddish-brown glabrous branchlets. It has phyllodes rather than true leaves, which are evergreen, glabrous and rigid with a linear shape and are straight to slightly curved. It blooms between June and November with light golden to deep golden coloured flowers. It is native to an area in southern Queensland around Port Clinton in the north extending into New South Wales to around Glenbrook and extending to about 500 km (310 mi) inland. It is usually a part of dry sclerophyll forest and woodland communities growing well in sandy soils. Two subspecies are known.
