Symplocos colombonensis is a plant found in Borneo and belongs to the Symplocaceae family. It is named after the Colombon River in Sabah. This plant can grow up to 10 meters tall and has brown twigs with a zig-zag shape. Its leaves are ovate and can reach up to 9 cm in length. The inflorescences have racemes of three flowers. This plant is only found on Mount Kinabalu in Sabah and is typically found in montane forests at elevations of 2,100 to 3,100 meters.
