Polemonium foliosissimum, also known as the towering Jacob's-ladder, is a rare flowering plant found in the western United States. It belongs to the phlox family and has gained recognition from the Royal Horticultural Society for its outstanding qualities. This plant has two accepted varieties, var. alpinum and var. foliosissimum, which are found in different states including Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming.
