Linanthus filiformis, also known as yellow gilia, is a flowering plant found in the southwestern United States. It grows in rocky desert and plateau areas and has a thin, threadlike stem that can reach up to 15 centimeters in length. The plant has few leaves and produces small yellow flowers, usually in pairs, that are less than a centimeter wide. It is a member of the phlox family and was previously classified as Gilia filiformis.
