Aliciella subnuda, also known as coral gilia or carmine gilia, is a plant in the phlox family found in the southwestern United States. It can grow up to 6-20 inches and has sticky leaves and stems that catch sand and dirt. The leaves are lobed and the stems are thin and sticky. It blooms from May to July with reddish or carmine flowers. This plant can be found in various habitats such as warm desert shrubs and pine forests. It is pollinated by bees and hummingbirds.
