Leucopogon fasciculatus, also known as the tall mingimingi, is a shrub species that belongs to the Ericaceae family and is native to New Zealand. It is mainly found in the North Island, particularly in areas north of the Bay of Plenty and Taranaki, as well as in northwest Nelson in the South Island. This shrub is commonly found in red and silver beech forests, along with other tree species such as rimu and miro podocarps, in the northern part of the South Island. Additionally, Leucopogon fasciculatus serves as the host plant for the endemic moth species Pyrgotis pyramidias in New Zealand.
